Second Estonian Men's Dance Festival
Folk Dance Festival that blends traditional dances and elements of pop culture. The subtitle for the Festival is ELEMENTAL! being based on four basic elements: Air, Water, Fire, Earth. Place: Rakvere City Stadium (Kastani 12).

Baltoscandal 2010
Rakvere is one of the smallest towns in Estonia that has a professional theatre where quite a few favorite Estonian actors work. The biannual theatre festival, once the first one in the Baltics and by now a member of several European theatre festivals' networks, is proud to present professional, high-level, innovative and unconventional theatre.
