Gdańsk Goldberg Festival
The idea to hold a festival dedicated to J.G. Goldberg came about in 2006, on 250th death anniversary of the Gdańsk-born harpsichordist and composer. His name came down in music history owing to J.S. Bach’s Goldberg Variations, which he was the first to perform.
