The Union of the Baltic Cities' core organisation consists of the Presidium, the Executive Board and the Secretariat.

The President of the UBC is:

The Vice-Presidents are:
Mrs Marie-Louise Rönnmark, Chair of the City Council, Umeå, Sweden
Mr Jarkko Virtanen, Deputy Mayor of Turku, Finland
Mr Ando Kiviberg, Mayor of Viljandi, Estonia

The UBC Secretariat
The UBC secretariat is situated in Gdańsk, Poland and led by the Secretary General, Mr Paweł Żaboklicki.
Anna Sośnicka, Anna Dargiewicz and Kornelia Bednarczyk are very helpful administrative assistants in the Secretariat.

The General Conference
The General Conference is the highest decision making body of the UBC and it convenes every second year in a UBC Member City.

The Executive Board
The Executive Board consists of one member city from each of ten countries surrounding the Baltic Sea.
