A unique in the country, Panevėžys Puppet Wagon Theatre will bring the International Puppet Theatre Festival "THE FAIRY TALES OF HANS CHRISTIAN ANDERSEN" to the city by a Puppet Theatre Train in April. The festival is dedicated to the 209th Birthday of the Great Danish writer (there is a monument to him next to the theatre). Puppet Theatres from Lithuania, Denmark, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, France, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Byelorussia will take part in it.
