Dear friends,

The latest Baltic Cities Bulletin, entitled 'Youth prospects and participation', has just come out.

It presents how the youths try to be an active part of local communities. The stories printed out in the Bulletin provide a wide view of what we can expect from the youths, how they imagine the present and the future. And indeed, they are willing to work, to give opinions, to get new experiences and to share with their ideas.

The Bulletin presents the youths' achievements in everyday life of the cities they living in. Also, the Bulletin informs about the latest UBC meetings and activities, news from the member cities and more.
