Kotka "City by the sea": 56 000 inhabitants, app. 11 000 (7-25 years), 4 youth houses, 5 camp and outing areas, 100 sport associations, 25 youth associations

Pekka (16 ys): "We have services at Kotka enough except a real skiing place. One can survive here, only if you find a job."

Taija (14 ys): " There are too few places for youth at Kotka. Especially in the summer there should be arranged different events and happenings. Youngsters should be asked much more about their opinions."

Tuomas (16 ys): " I wish more action for young at Kotka. Living in here is anyway tolerable!"

Tiia (17 ys): "There are youth places enough here at Kotka, but too few happenings. We could have more working places and especially in the summer."

Essi (16 ys): "It´s really nice to live at Kotka. There´s always something to do, I never feel boaring. We have youth houses like Vessu and Otsola. I don´t miss anything in here!"
