Dear UBC Member Cities,

10 January was the deadline for sending materials to the new edition „BSR – Perfect Tourism Zone” catalogue.

Those cities, which have not sent the information yet, as required, may do it by 21 January at the latest.

Please send the material to ubc.tourism@karrsa.pl or k.ruczkowska@karrsa.pl.

The UBC Commission on Tourism is currently preparing a new edition of its catalogue related to the Baltic Sea Region – Perfect Tourism Zone.

With this letter, we are kindly asking you to provide us with the information related to tourist activities and attractions in your city.

There are three options for the delivered material:

A text, (1380 items), 1 photo 89 x 63 mm (horizontal) or 2 photos 42 x 63 mm (vertical)

A text (1200 items), 1 photo 89 x 63 mm (horizontal) and 1 photo 42 x 28 mm (horizontal)

A text (970 items), 1 photo 89 x 63 mm (horizontal) i two photos 42 x 28 mm (horizontal)

A Text (1240 items), 2 photos 42 x 61 mm (vertical) and 1 photo 42 x 28 mm (horizontal).

Logotypes, crests and other graphic signs should be sent in vectorial files as e.g.

CDR 9 or Adobe Ilustrator, or eventually in eps.

For technical reasons, all the photo should be at least 300 dpi. Please mind that the photo downloaded from the Internet are no good at all!

Please send this information by 10 January 2011 to the following address: ubc.tourism@karrsa.pl writing the reference: „BSR- (name of the city)”.
