The exhibition goes behind the different principles of the PH lamps and provides an introduction to Poul Henningsens light philosophy which sat new standard for lightning. The PH lamps are one of the greatest icons in Danish design.

Men's International Soccer Match in Handball - 4 Nation Tournament

In collaboration with the Danish Handball Association the community of Kolding hosts the 4-nation tournament in the Tre-For Arena with participants from Poland, Island, Slovenia and Denmark.

Summer by the Lake

The line of concerts taking place every Thursday in the summer vacation is for free. The concert area opens at 18.00 o'clock and all concerts begin at 19.00 o'clock.

Green Concerts take place 8 times every year in 8 biggest cities including Kolding inviting a variety of Danish artists to perform on stage. Green Concert is Nothern Europe's biggest concert tour of its kind.

The Culture Night is both a national festival and a show window for the city's cultural life. In Kolding culture is a serious business. The associations are the backbone of the Culture Night in Kolding and that is why it is possible to meet and experience the wide frontline of leisure and cultural life of Kolding.

Opera at Skamlingsbanken 2012

The concert, which is free, starts at three p.m., but it is recommendable to arrive a few hours earlier making it a family picnic combined with entertainment from some of the country's most talented artists. The Royal Orchestra, The Royal Ballet, The Royal Opera Choir and solists will participate in the concert which involves more than 200 performers.
