Jūrmala is the largest resort city in the Baltic States, well-known for its natural treasures - mild climate, sea, healthy air, curative mud and mineral waters.
It is easy to reach Jūrmala, as the city is located only 25 km from - Riga. You can go by train, by minibus, by river ship in the season, by shuttle bus from airport "Riga", by taxi or rent a car.
The trains depart from Riga Central Station almost every 20 minutes. The minibuses depart from the Central minibus stop opposite to the Riga Central Station every 5 minutes. Getting to Jūrmala would cost in between 0,50Ls up to 1,40Ls.
When entering Jūrmala by private or rented transport with no Jūrmala pass non-residents have to pay the entrance pass 1,00Ls right before entering the city. No charge for buses with the voucher for Jūrmala, as a destination or motorbikes.
