The Union of the Baltic Cities is a forum for cooperation in various fields. Furthermore, it provides a unique opportunity to present and promote its member cities within the Baltic Sea Region and Europe. The UBC has always been aiming to raise the awareness of the history, culture. economy of each member city. Doubtless the mutual knowledge makes the UBC cooperation more friendly and familiar.

 

All UBC cities offer an enormous variety of things to see and do. Either a music fan or a businessman can find something interesting. The numerous events all year long and thousands of people make the city's atmosphere vibrant and lively. But how to choose from such a wide range of options?

 

Hereby, the UBC presents the Events Calendar 2009 which gathers the event information in one publication. This is an informative guide to business, cultural, sporting, recreational activities and exhibitions to be organized by your cities. The calendar will allow you to be up-to-date on what is going on in our members and enable to make preliminary arrangements for the visits. Additional travel tips will hopefully make the travel pleasant and more convenient.
