Dear colleagues,

Granada County Council, in Andalusia (Spain), is looking for partners for the Call for Proposals JUST/2015/RGEN/AG/ROLE concerning the Action grants to promote good practices on gender roles and to overcome gender stereotypes in education, training and in the workplace.

The main objective of the project is removing roles, stereotypes and sexist references that build gender socialization of young people of school age, in order to know how the transmission of these roles determines their professional and occupational expectations, in order to establish a more diverse and egalitarian labor market.

Activities: round tables discussion and sharing information of projects already made; training activities, creation of tools on equal opportunities; meetings, conferences and seminars.

Partner profile: local or regional public or private European entities with long professional background in the management of equal opportunities projects and/or training/education.
