Dear Sir/Madam,

Nordic-Baltic Mobility and Network Programme has announced a project call for Public Administration and Cesis municipality would like to participate. This year we wish to visit Baltic Sea Region municipalities in order to gain new relevant knowledge for building a better entrepreneurship support system.

The municipality of Cesis is looking for a city interested in the co-operation.

The partner municipality should be of similar size and characteristics to Cesis municipality (roughly around 20 thousand inhabitants, business system mostly dominated by wood and food production, looking forward to supporting startups, especially in digital and creative industries) however we are flexible and would love to learn also form larger and more experienced cites. Most importantly - it should also have successfully developed entrepreneurship support system (for existing enterprises and also for start-up).

It is planned that Cesis municipality representatives will visit collaboration municipality to exchange with experience and this visit will last for 3 days. It is expected from the collaboration partner to welcome guests, to organise meetings with the responsible staff members and share the experience during the discussion.
