The Municipality of Gävle, together with three other municipalities in the County of Gävleborg (north of Stockholm) are running an EU-project, co-financed by the Operational Programmes ERDF Objective 2 North-Mid Sweden, on alternative modes of operation in the social care sector. We are now looking for partners for transnational exchange activities within the framework of the approved project.
