Dear Sir/Madam,

The Municipality of Nasaud is looking for a partner within the project " The Truth Behind a Smile" We started the project within the programme " Europe for citizens", Measure 1.2 - Twinning networking. The project involved at the beginning 7 partners from 7 different countries. At least two countries have to be in twinning . The project will last 24 month and will have 7 citizen;s meetings . One meeting will be maximum of 6 days. So these are the rules. The countries involved are : Romania (Nasaud) - as applicant , Poland (Mlawa), Italy (Mandello del Lario), Greece (Alexandria), (Cyprus) Lefkara, Kavadarci (FYROM) and there was also Spain which gave up . We started with these partners , but the Spanish partner gave up and we need urgently another partner instead of them. I want to mention that Nasaud (Romania) is in twinning with Mlawa (Poland), Mandello del Lario (Italy) and also with Alexandria (Greece). We intend to make a meeting in each country involved in the project. The goal of this project will be to fight against poverty, uninploiment and to encourage the voluntarity. We want to give a chance to those people who lost their hope in life. The project already had 3 events. For each event we foreseen the participation of 70 people: 10 from your local community and 60 foreigners ( ten from each country involved). The budget of the project covers the costs of transport to the other countries and the organisation of event. Each municipality has a small part of cofinanciation. Your task in this project will be to help me to make the daily programme of the event from your town, as you know what can be done there. You will host one of the events, for which you will receive the money according to the budget. From that money you will have to arrange the three daily meals, the accommodation for the foreigners, the activities of the project. As you know the mechanism of these projects first you have to give the money from your local budget then on the base of invoices the EU gives the money back for the project. I also want to mention that we can make changes. We can change dates, number of participants, days. I wait for your proposals or suggestions, as I would like very much that you join us
