Dear Sir/Madam,

As you may know, UBC has initiated a process to create a new communication and marketing strategy. One important part of this process is to carry out a survey with representatives of all the member cities. The survey will be distributed shortly by the marketing agency that we have hired to help us with the strategy (Tendensor, based in Kalmar, Sweden).

One important target group of the survey is, apart from you as UBC contact persons within your city administration, civil servants that deal with communication and information matters.

So I would kindly like to ask you to provide us with contact details to a communication specialist within your city administration that have some prior experience of dealing with the UBC, to whom we can send the survey.
