The new Baltic Cities Bulletin entitled “Building on the past, heading for the future” has just come out.

It highlights the tremendous changes in our cities, once cut off from the East-West contacts, now active in the international cooperation. Their dynamic growth and increasing sustainability show the huge step they made since 1991. The Bulletin presents the cities’ achievements, projects and initiatives that contributed to the development of the whole region.

Moreover, the Bulletin brings the information on latest UBC meetings and activities, news from the member cities and more.
