Dear Sir/Madam,
As you know the XI General Conference of the Union of the Baltic Cities will take place in Liepaja, Latvia, on 4-7 October 2011. One of the conference workshops will be devoted to the question of Ageing Society. Attached please find a letter from the UBC Commission on Health & Social Affairs inviting the UBC member cities to take active part in the workshop.
