Dear Sir/Madam,
In 2009 the European Union adopted the new strategy for the Baltic Sea region. Subsequently the European Commission adopted an action plan with flagship projects in order to implement the strategy.
The UBC Executive Board at the meeting in Naestved, 17 February 2010, decided to select four flagship projects in which UBC will be involved.
Attached please find an invitation to participate in the Flagship project 8.1 "Promote young entrepreneurs" kick-off meeting to be held in Copenhagen on 20 May 2010.
