73rd UBC Executive Board meeting & the UBC BBQ Championship

The 73rd UBC Executive Board meeting & the UBC BBQ Championship will be held on 10-14 June 2015 in Dolina Charlotty, Poland.

The UBC BBQ Championship will be attended by restaurants selected by UBC city representatives.

Catering schools from UBC cities are also encouraged to take part in the competition, prepared especially for the young students of culinary arts.

The main idea of this event is to integrate the culinary promotion of regional cuisine and having fun together. The event will be interspersed with various attractions, like the rock star music performance on Saturday.

The relevant information should be passed  to the restaurants and catering schools in your city.
