Barbequed Baltic salmon competition at Charlotta Valley

Dear UBC friends,

The European BBQ Championships will be held on 20-21 June 2014 in the Charlotta Valley, UBC supporting member.

25 national representations will take part in this biennial event. The majority of participants will come from the Baltic Sea Region.

Around 50,000 guests are expected. The recent contest in Belgium attracted 200,000 people.

The championships will be accompanied by the concerts of Jennifer Rush and Sandra in the Charlotta Amphitheatre.

The barbequed Baltic salmon will be a part of the competition especially for the UBC members, under UBC patronage. The winner shall receive a cup funded by UBC.

Baltic Cities BBQ Championships starting from the next year could be organized in the Baltic Sea cities.
