On behalf of the Union of the Baltic Cities, UBC, I have an honour to invite you to the meeting of UBC Task Force on youth employment and well-being that will be held in Tampere, Finland, on 17th and 18th of March 2014.

Task Force shall work until the next General Conference (Gdynia, 2015) and its’ work is based on the UBC General Conference resolution establishing an international Task Force on youth employment and well-being. The resolution is available at: plik,5629.html  

Preliminary programme of the task force meeting is attached. Mr. Matti Mäkelä from Turku, Finland, will send you more detailed information about the meeting in February.
