Dear Sir or Madam,

On behalf of Międzynarodowe Targi Gdańskie SA (Gdansk International Fair Company), I sincerely wish to invite you to participate in the 16th edition of the Gdańskie Targi Turystyczne GTT (Gdansk International Tourism Fair, ITM) to be held between 12 and 14 April 2013. We would like to invite all the cities and towns befriended with Gdansk, its partner cities as well as cities and towns – members of the New Hanse Association to participate in the event the purpose of which is to promote tourist and economic potentials of towns and cities as well as to initiate activities aimed at intensifying cooperation.

Gdansk International Tourism Fair enjoys its well-established position among the leading Poland’s events dedicated to tourism, which is proven by both the number of exhibitors and the number of visitors participating in the event year after year. In 2012, 300 companies presented their offers at the GTT, and nearly 10,000 visitors came to the Fair. We fundamentally owe this success to the consistent cooperation with our Partners among which, for many years now, we have had the hour to include the CITY OF GDANSK.

We are pleased to inform you that for the first time now the Fair is going to be held at the modern Centrum Wystawienniczo-Kongresowe AMBEREXPO (AMBEREXPO Exhibition and Congress Centre) located in the direct vicinity of one of the most beautiful football stadiums in Europe – the PGE ARENA GDANSK – a EURO 2012 host.

Within the framework of the GTT 2013 there are also going to be thematic showrooms: TRAVEL & LOVE Romantic and Honeymoon Trips, KAJAKEXPO Tourist and Recreational Boats and ACTIVITY EXPO Sports and Recreation. In addition, the GTT event is going to be accompanied by numerous programme-related attractions: performances, exhibitions and contests for visitors.

Attached you will find a dedicated, promotional cooperation offer which we have developed for you; at the same time, we wish to declare openness to your suggestions, requirements and expectations. We also wish to invite you to participate in the GTT Fair programme and present your own events, seminars etc. I sincerely wish to encourage you to participate in this partner project as I am convinced that your presence at the Gdańskie Targi Turystyczne GTT will certainly translate into not only business but also into promotional results and new contacts.
