International Climate Congress

12-14 June 2013, Luleå, Sweden

Dear members of UBC

Luleå, Sweden will host the International Climate Congress - an environmental and climate conference organized in the partnership with the twin city Oulu (Finland).

The theme of the congress is climate change and climate adaptation. 

The purpose of the conference is to:
 - Provide current knowledge and experience from Swedish researchers

- View up Luleå good examples
- Exchange experience with other cities

Cities-congress participants: Trömso (Norway), Kemi (Finland), Murmansk (Russia), Zenica (Bosnia), Puerto Cabezas (Nicaragua) and others.

Parallel with the conference there will be held a public exhibition with environmental and climate theme.
