Dear UBC Friends,

The UBC Commission on Sport  has decided to announce “Challenge the Water” Grant Competition for UBC member cities and award the initiative that best encourages young people to pass actively their free time as well as to discover water sport activities of the Baltic Sea Region.

Attached please find the rules of participation in the above mentioned competition together with the application form. Only one sports club, non-profit association or institution from a given UBC member city can participate in the competition. It is the City Hall/Council of a given UBC member city to decide which institution will represent the city and thus enter the contest.

The deadline for sending project proposals is December 4, 2012. Completed application forms should be sent to the UBC Commission on Sport Secretariat by e-mail (ubcsport@gdynia.pl) or by fax: +48 58 668 82 07.
