Dear UBC Friends!

It is my pleasure to announce that the next UBC CoT meeting will be held in Koszalin (Poland) on 4-5 of October 2012, synchronously with the 65th meeting of the UBC Executive Board.

Since 2012 has been called the European Year for Active Ageing and Solidarity between Generations the main topic of our meeting will be: „Seniors` Tourism in BSR”.

I`d like to encourage all CoT members and others, who are interested in such subject, to express your opinion during our meeting as Power Point presentation. Please let me know in advance the topic and the duration of your performance.

We would appreciate it very much if you`d be able to provide us with such information, as well as register to the meeting on September 10 at latest.

Please note that you will have to cover travel and accomodation costs, as CoT will only help you to arrange both. Transit means to and from Gdansk and Szczecin (Goleniow) airports will be optional available together with UBC Executive Board members.

Preliminary programme of the meeting has been attached to this mail, while practicalities and registration form will come to you within next two days. The detailed agenda of the meeting will be published after Septembver 10, as soon as we get to know informations about presentations.
