Welcome to the 15th meeting of the UBC Business Commission on 18-19th April 2012 in Kolding (Denmark)

The meeting of the UBC Business Commission is based on your ideas and input from our last meeting in Liepaja in October 2011. It will take place under the headline ”The smart city – Science Parks, Creativity and Business Support”.

The meeting of the Business Commission is connected to the opening of the Nordic Synergy Park in Kolding. This large-scale event, provides a unique platform for leaders from government, administration, business, academia and civil society to discuss cooperation possibilities and growth initiatives in the Baltic Sea Region.

Wednesday, 18th April is dedidacated to the opening ceremony of the Nordic Synergy Park and an international workshop on Science Parks. Thursday, 19th April is dedicated to the meeting of the Business Commission.

Meet Luis Sanz, Director General of the International Association of Science Parks (IASP), Connie Hedegaard, former Danish Minister for the Evironment and European Commissioner for Climate Action and Ole Sohn, Danish Minister for Economic and Business Affairs. Find out, how Science Parks, Creativity and Business Support can bring economic sucess to your city. Expand your international network, explore new ideas and develop business and project opportunities by participating in this event of the UBC Business Commission and the City of Kolding.
