UBC Commission on Youth Issues invites all cities to participate in the meeting in Turku, Finland, April 25th-27th.
Turku is European Capital of Culture this year. In connection to that we discuss culture related youth projects and cooperation within this topic. Field trips, future plans and good company are part of our meeting, as always.
