It is our honour and pleasure to invite you all to the 3^rd meeting of UBC Local Safety and Public Order Working Group to be held in Vilnius (Lithuania) on 13^th - 16^th April 2011.

This will be a great opportunity for all of us to discuss the main targets that the Municipal Police and other institutions responsible for ensuring safety in cities meet with, to exchange good practices how to find solutions for alcohol abuse in public places, illegal graffiti, social riots, youth delinquency, safety for tourists and traffic problems (topics chosen and agreed on during the Meeting in Riga).
