Dear all

Please, find enclosed invitation to the Commission on Environment meeting on 30 - 31 October 2008 in Tallinn, Estonia.

The meeting will concentrate on the "Cities and the Baltic Sea Strategy - concreticing the next UBC Sustainability Action Programme 2009-2015" and offer a broad and active discussion platform for UBC member cities. The meeting will continue on the discussions started in Tampere in February 2008 with almost 70 persons participating. Cities are also welcomed to propose topics, issues and speakers for the meeting. We expect to have several UBC Commissions present in the meeting in Tallinn.
