Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to heartily invite you and representatives of your city to the conference of the UBC Commission of Health and Social Affairs, which will be held on 22 - 23 September 2014 in Elbląg under the title "People with disabilities in the era of the twenty-first century".
The aim of the conference is to exchange thoughts, ideas, experiences and information about the activities in creating the environment without barriers and ways of overcoming them. We would like to initiate a discussion on the solutions applied in the UBC Member Cities.
The programme of the conference, practical information and registration form are enclosed.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We would like to invite representatives of the UBC Member Cities to the conference of the Commission of Health and Social Affairs, which will be held on 22 - 23 September 2014 in Elbląg under the title "People with disabilities in the era of the twenty-first century."
The aim of the conference is to exchange thoughts, ideas, experiences and information about the activities in creating the environment without barriers and ways of overcoming them. We would like to initiate a discussion on the solutions applied in the UBC Member Cities.
At the conference, we would like to address the following issues:
1. Improving the quality of life of people with disabilities.
2. Rehabilitation of disabled persons.
3. School in the education of students with disabilities.
4. Sport, culture, tourism in the rehabilitation of people with disabilities.
5. Labour market and people with disabilities.
6. Tackling social exclusion of people with disabilities.
7. Examples of solutions used by UBC Member Cities.
For organizational purposes, please send us a declaration of participation in the conference until 30 May 2014.
