We hereby, the Commission on Local Safety, would like to invite all members of the Union of the Baltic Cities to our next meeting in Sweden.

The 8th meeting of Commission on Local Safety will take place in Karlstad on 16-18 of October 2013. The main topics that will be discussed are “Crises and safety management in the cities” and “Neighborhood watch system”. During the planned meeting in Karlstad participants will be updated on UBC Local Safety Commission Flagship Project under European Union Strategy for the Baltic Sea Reg
