Dear UBC Friends!

It is with great pleasure that I extend an invitation to participate in the UBC Commission on Tourism working meeting which shall be held in Liepāja on 16-18 April 2009. The main subject of the meeting is :"How to make the Baltic Sea Region more accessible and attractive". The proposed theme is one of the four thematic workshops to be discussed during the X UBC General Conference in Kristiansand. We will also deliberate on our activity plan for the forthcoming summer season. As usual there will be some presentations from the member cities displayed.

Finally, please find enclosed the registration form, the invitation and some practical facts about the hosting city of Liepāja. The detailed agenda of the meeting shall be distributed in two weeks.
