Metallsvenskan is a unique music and soccer event. 2015 will be our thth annual event. The soccer tournament is between players of famous Scandinavian rock bands. 2011 players from bands such as In Flames, Europe, The Haunted, Millencolin, Tiamat, Hardcore Superstars, Bullet, Dark Tranquility and many more teamed up for the tournament. During the whole weekend we have bands performing live on our two stages. In the first three years we have had bands such as Hammerfall, Sabaton, Gamma Ray, D-A-D, Sodom, Wolf, Twisted Sister, Raised Fist and many more on stage.

Metallsvenskan 2011 got massive media coverage. TV, Radio and press covered the event before, during and afterwards. TV4, national Swedish TV channel, made a 60 min documentary of the event.

We can proudly, and honestly, say that Metallsvenskan is the coolest metal/rock/sport event held in Sweden.
