Each year in the beginnning of September a set of events dedicated to City Days takes place. These are mainly concerts, exhibitions, various actions, attractions, a traditional festival of art groups, events, festivity of folk art and old crafts, the programmes of communities of national minorities, the projects of the old streets of Panevėžys.
