During this festival, guests can get asquainted with the fishing traditions, history and culinary heritage of the coastqal region. „Palanga Smelt 2014“ is a fishermen‘s festival with traditional food for fishermen and guests. Fresh smelts with the smell of cucumber are immediately baked, smoked or dried amidst singing and dancing with silver, clay and amber coloured smelts.
