The winter’s city centre folk festival promises four fantastic days under the banner of tradition. Once ancient mayor Asmus Bremer and his wife Katharina have been awoken for the festivities, the mood turns medieval. Awaiting you on the Alter Markt will be an entire historical village with artisans and tradesmen, jugglers and innkeepers, inviting you to experience crafts of ages long gone by and partake in delicious dishes. The shops will be open from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
