UIT is a festival, which explores the urban space of Tartu through performances, installations and concerts. Tartu is overlooked with a fresh eye and hoping to involve citizens, who don´t make it to the art gallerys so often.

BY BUS: Each day more than 40 express buses make the 2.5-hour trip from Tallinn's Central Bus Station. www.bussireisid.ee
BY CAR: Driving from Tallinn is fairly simple. Head out of town along Tartu mnt. and pass the airport (on your left), then just drive along the same road all the way down to Tartu.
BY PLANE: There are international flights arriving at Tartu airport, departing from Helsinki. www.tartu-airport.ee
BY TRAIN: Trains to Tartu are scarce, with only five of them leaving from Tallinn every day. A ride takes about two hours.
