Glasperlenspiel (Klaaspärlimäng) - the name of the festival is inspired by the novel by Hermann Hesse, therefore the observation and presentation is carried out by an unusual perspective. This year is the twentieth time Glasperlenspiel takes place, so there is much to look forward.

BY BUS: Each day more than 40 express buses make the 2.5-hour trip from Tallinn's Central Bus Station. www.bussireisid.ee
BY CAR: Driving from Tallinn is fairly simple. Head out of town along Tartu mnt. and pass the airport (on your left), then just drive along the same road all the way down to Tartu.
BY PLANE: There are international flights arriving at Tartu airport, departing from Helsinki. www.tartu-airport.ee
BY TRAIN: Trains to Tartu are scarce, with only five of them leaving from Tallinn every day. A ride takes about two hours.
