Tartu Spring Days is a week-long festival, where the control over the city, is given to the students. It is the best time to wake up the little child inside you and seek unusual ideas from the gray everyday life. During the festival, hundreds of different events take place, such as the Night Song Festival and Boat Rally.

BY BUS: Each day more than 40 express buses make the 2.5-hour trip from Tallinn's Central Bus Station. www.bussireisid.ee
BY CAR: Driving from Tallinn is fairly simple. Head out of town along Tartu mnt. and pass the airport (on your left), then just drive along the same road all the way down to Tartu.
BY PLANE: There are international flights arriving at Tartu airport, departing from Helsinki. www.tartu-airport.ee
BY TRAIN: Trains to Tartu are scarce, with only five of them leaving from Tallinn every day. A ride takes about two hours.
