Chess Stars of the Baltic Sea

International Youth Team Tournament “Chess Stars of the Baltic Sea“ is dedicated to famous chess grandmaster Paul Keres, who was born in Narva. This event is one of the most prestigious sporting events in the Baltic Sea countries. The competition is held in Narva onece every two years.  Young European and world championships prize-winners and national champions will take part in the contest. Narva municipality, Narva House of Childrenґs Creativity, “Maletaht” (“Chess Star” in Estonian) chess club are responsible for the organisation of the International Youth Tournament..
